How to get onto a hacked modern warefare 2 server

I really would love to know how to get onto a hacked mw2 server.. hate sitting low in the ranks

I played MW2 for unlocks and have fun progressing through the ranks. Once everything is unlocked, what fun is there if not for the competitiveness of the game?
