Hi guys, I have a cpu with following spec...

Intel Core i5 760 2.8Ghz~3.3Ghz
4GB DDR3 RAM
OS Windows7 Ultimate
ATI Radeon HD 6850 Sapphire 1GB DDR5 Graphic

I played many games such as GTA EFLC, Bulletstorm, ETC
But when I set high setting on these games, I get some lag when turning the view camera in the game,
Should I update my hardware?
THX guys...

You should not be seeing slowdowns at that resolution with your hardware. Can you check system temperatures, and also confirm that both CPU and GPU ramp up to full speed when gaming? (CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and CPUID HWMonitor are helpful tools for analysing your system, in case you don't have them already).

Also, what power supply do you have? If it is of low quality or insufficiently powerful, your performance will suffer.

4GB is enough for just about any modern game.

Oh, but I recently found out that although I have closed some of my pc programs that are not needed in MSCONFIG, when I go to the desktop and not open any program, it still consume 1.18GB RAM Of the 4GB RAM from the performance of the task manager, will this cause my RAM become not enough for recent and upcoming games? Thx

Windows 7 will consume quite a bit of memory, but if you have 4GB total the remainder will be more than sufficient. RAM is not your problem.
