Bluetooth problem on windows 7

Hello,
i am using e-machines D&30 model..my bluetooth every time i try to use it,,it says that it the bluetooth radio is unplug?the laptop model I am using is wifi ready

are you sure the laptop has bluetooth? I'm not familiar with your model, but from googling it some of the d730s come with bluetooth and some don't. If it does have bluetooth, then there might be a switch on the side or an ACER control panel the controls whether this is turned on or not. And if that doesnt work there might be an option in the bios to turn it on.
