Well no one hear knows me. But I have been a member of the old toms place. If anyone remembers delphi. I quit coming here because of the crap times it took to load TH pages on IE. Seems like they did a little work and it is 10 times faster. Ok I'm done. I hope the speed stays the same. As if anyone would care. Later.

Man, is it me or is that every time I click on a link to the discussion board it slows down? My computer is updated on all aspects as I am a driver nazi. I have cable 1500/768 and notice no slowdowns on any other site except this one. Is anyone else notice that it takes like 4-6 seconds moving around in the forum??? It doesn't happen all the time but it happens 90%. Am I going crazy? This is the main reason I left the last time. Oh woe is me.

Yes, the forum is slow. Sometimes takes 10-15 seconds to add a post.

Yup... speed can be low sometimes, but it is a lot better then a couple of months ago. This forum is just growing a little to big... maybe some of the old stuff needs to be deleted :frown: .

It is plenty fast for me most of the time, except for a couple of peak times where it slows down a bit.

Banned from Anand Tech a dozen moons ago.
I forget why I was banned. I had made about 3 posts and mentioned nothing about Hooters.
I guessed they figured out I was a THG spy. :lol:
They're uptight overthere. I think they do to computers what riceboys do to economy cars.

Both come from the late 70's early 80's era. ELO made popular synth-rock which was well written and produced. Parsons produced a memorable album 'The Alan Parsons Project' which combined soft meaningful lyrics with eloquent composition and musical arrangement.
