On January 17, Tom discovered that the 686B slows down the Via North bridge (http://www6.tomshardware.com/mainboard/01q1/010117/).
What has happened since then:

a) ignored by all?
b) fixed?

If it's fixed, how do you tell what h/w is fixed (686C(?), etc.)?
