USB problems with Biostar M7VKB

Having problems with my USB devices. Here is a quick sys description:
Biostar M7VKB (ver 1)
Athlon Thunderbird 800
Win2000 Pro
384 MB PC133 Memory
Elsa GeForce2 32MB
Promise ATA100 Controller
Lynksys 10/100 Ethernet Card
Soundblaster Live

I've upgraded to the most recent BIOS and VIA 4in1 driver set. I've also installed the VIA USB Filter Driver to no avail.

Basically, none of my USB devices are recognized by the system (MP3 player or camera). The VIA USB driver and USB Root hub are displayed in the Deviced Manager with no problems noted, but neither of the devices when they are connected.

Anybody else run into this problem?
