Question about the ABIT KT7A Raid

I was reading Tom's article on this mobo and it looks promising except for..."Unfortunately, the KT7A does not feature a sound system...". What exactly does this mean? Does it just say that I'll need a soundcard?

It means you need to buy a sound card, but who cares...most built in sound cards aren't too good if you want nice surround sound speakers.

Yep, just means that there is no onboard sound or rather no sound built into the motherboard. You need to get a sound card. On board sound is nice if you're not a heavy sound user or jus tlooking for something to tide you over until you have the money to get a really nice sound card.
