Well as Ten suggested sys requirements lab will do provide your answer.
Which is no,Maybe some little fps on the lowest settings. - The gpu is too low end, and a quad core is really recommended.

the gfx will handle it just but the cpu wont.
your fps will be about 15 or lower as its probably the most cpu intensive game i have ever come across and really needs a 2.4 quad to play smoothly at anything over minimum.
