Serial Presence Error Message

When I boot up my computer I get a message that says:
Serial Presence Detect Device Data Missing Or Inconclusive.
Properly Programmed SPD Device Data Is Required For Reliable Operation.

Do You Wish To Attempt To Boot At 100 Mhz Bus Speed?

Could someone please help me with this and tell me what I need to do to fix it?
Thanks,
Phil

What mobo are you using?

This sounds like a SPD detection error and I _think_ that is usally to do with memory setting detection.

Try the memory/chip configuration on your BIOS and see if it is set to BY SPD. If it is, it usually should work but your mem may not support it.
