I rolled back from beta Nvidia drivers (270.51) back to the current release 260.58

Now I can't launch any of my games at all. They all just instantly crash as soon as the screen turns black and send me back to my desktop with no errors or messages at all. I tried using Driver Sweeper and cleaning my system and reinstalling twice now. Any thoughts? Here's a DXDIAG report

When I start the web setup from the windows site it says I have the latest version. I did a search of directx and found the directx folder with all the SDK's in it and used that setup.exe to install directx again but this didnt' fix the problem. I still can't start any games at all. Videos play fine but no games will launch.

My screen goes black like they are about to load up but it just sends me back to the desktop within a few seconds with no error messages whatsoever.

try disabling your hd audio, just for a test run.

"DX Setup Parameters: Not found" is normal.
have you installed sp1?
do you have all the dotnet fx libraries, all the vc-redist including the updated sp1 1's both 2005 1nd 2008 (x86) and 64
have you constantly updated the dx9c and other dx libraries as you installed your games?

Thanks for the help guys

The problem was EVGA Precision (a piece of OC software that came with my GTX460 that i've never used) had some sort of screen overlay that I always had disabled. Apparently it still ran in the background and it was not compatible with nvidia's beta drivers. Even after rolling back to release drivers the problem persisted. Uninstalling this application fixed my problem.
