Hey I have Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family of 286 MB of Approx Memory of graphics, Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.66GHz & 2.67 GHz, Installed memory (RAM) 2.00 GB and System type: 32-bit Operating System. Will GTA 4 will work in my PC?

Probably not.

I'm sure it will launch, but it being playable may not even be possible.

GTA 4 is a very VRAM intensive game. At least 2GB is required to max all of the graphics out completely. Which is why I wish I had gotten two GTX 580 3GB's in SLI instead of my two 5870's.

with pentium D even if u update your graphic card, u wont be able to run it properly.....
it requires atleast core 2 duo @2.8 ghz to run in minimum settings at playable framerates....
