i made a boot disk and got Aflash.exe

but the unzipped bios file is to large to fit on the disc is there any un needed files i can delete i need 100 kb more

You made a full-blown boot disc. You need a simple boot disc.
From DOS prompt type "format A: /s"
Then extract your BIOS flash utility and its new image to the floppy.
