Steamed about steam...

I paid 20 dollars for a used copy of Call of Duty Black Ops at Cheapies record store in my city... as it turns out I cannot play the game because the cd key has already been used...

Sucks...

I ticketed Steam but doubt they will reset the cd key... I think they should take the cd key off the other persons account and give it to me... or the persons account on Steam who did this should be banned

Cheapies should know better too... and so should I... but I thought if you had the physical copy of game that was enough...

That is my rant for the day lol

My "rant" about steam: It's "offline" mode is useless and does not work. I just dislike steam all in all, but it has taking over the PC, becuase of all the steam lovers that HATE disk so much. I don't want steam to die, but don't want to be FORCED to use it to play a game I got from the store. Ok done with steam "rant" for now.

you can get a new key but they do charge you. same with bfbc2...
oh and its ea you have to contact not steam.
