PC game won't completely install on my Windows 7

Hello,I just tried to install a new game disc that I purchased from the store and during the install,a box pops up stating that it is unable to install due to a wtkernel component that is missing. What does this mean?

I believe the wt kernel is part of a program called 'Wild Tangent'.
Wild Tangent is part of an on-line gaming system. This problem used to be there 4-5 years back, am a bit surprised it's still there!

Try to UNINSTALL WildTangent through the ADD/REMOVE feature of your Control Panel.
