Have they fixed the bug where if you dont have a Framerate cap on Starcraft 2 that it will burn out you video card because there is an unlimited framerate?

Solution
That was (is still?) a bug for lame-ass n00bs, so as to burn their hardware and thus prohibit them from online competition lame-assery :p
But seriously, what you should do is: make sure Vsync is enabled! This will limit your GPU to rendering the maximum amount of frames per second that are supported by your monitor (vertical synchronization - synchronizes your GPU output to the vertical refresh rate of the monitor). This will be a respectable 60 FPS on most monitors, up to 120 on stereo 3D-capable ones.
BTW, the issue might have been fixed through a patch indeed, I just never bothered checking. Don't worry about it.
