incredible bios problem

Every time I shut down my computer, after aprox. 4 hours of no electricity my bios time resets. I specify...not the entire bios, not the settings, not the YEAR OR DATE only the HOUR. I have an Acorp 6VIA85P Via Apollo Pro+ based mainboard with an 400 Mhz Mendocino.

God made Arrakis to prepare the faithfull ones...
