Xinput1_3 dll is missing from your computer

Reinstall the game.

Locate the DirectX, or redistributable, installer on the game's CD. Should be somewhere on the disc under extras, support or directx. Installing the one that comes with the game is the best way to go.

Often when installing the game you will be prompted to install these. It is best to do so, even if you think you already have DirectX installed.

if that doesnt fix it, instal games for windows live as that also contains Xinput1_3.dll
