Motherboard info and help

hi

im going to be building a new pc next month and i need some help with choosing a motherboard.
i want to get an athlon 1200 processor, or mabey a 1300.
but i need a board that will support SDRAM at pc100/133 speed, and also has slots for DDR memory, so that i can go with 133 SDRAM now, but mabey put DDR memory in later.
i dont need on board sound or video, or even isa slots, but it must have at least 4 pci slots and an agp 4x slot.

any suggestions?

please included the motherboard manufacturer name and where i could get hold of one in the uk, also, the full model number, cause if i can get it at work, i get trade price
