GTA IV GRAPHIC PROBLEM

I CANT SEE ANY THING IN MY GTA IV PLEASE I BEG U ALL TO HELP ME
MY SYSTEM SPECS ARE

INTEL COR 2 DUO 2.4GHz
4GB RAM
500GB HARD DISK
Mobile Intel (R) 965 Express Chipset Family
Windows 7

Please help me seriously I WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME PLEASE HELP

You can't. Not with onboard Intel graphics.

As stated by Herr, you can't play the game with an onboard graphics card like the one with intel that you have. Also, a dual core won't be enough at all. You need a decent GPU and quad core CPU to play at good frame rates. Also, GTA IV is poorly coded, so it won't run at high speeds (FPS).

Ya but i can run the game and it runs just perfectly but as i enter the liberty city i cant see anything there except some lights

I have an old pc here same cpu like yours E4600 2.4ghz but with 8gb ram and GTS250 1gb and it barely maintain 30fps at 1360 x 768 res all at low setting. GTA4 is really poorly optimized.

the game was not designed to run with onboard gfx. buy a decent gfx card or get a playstation 3.
