Log on to your computer as administrator. Right click the d: drive and then select "sharing and security...". Click on "security" then "advanced" then "owner". In the "change owner to:" box select the "administrators" for your computer. Click the box to "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects", if it works do the same to the C: drive. That should just about do it. Hope it works for you, let me know.

Properties window only says SHARING. There is no Security option,(logged using Admin).
