Will Swiftech M462 fit MSI K7T266?

I wish to purchase an MSI K7T266 Pro motherboard and would like to get a Swiftech M462 Heat Sink with Delta 80x80x38 mm fan. I am wondering if anyone has found out whether the M462 and Delta fan fit in this motherboard?

From the pics that I have seen this should not be a problem the space is there, there are some compasitors that are close so it might be tight though they also look short.
