Need an advice

I am currently looking for a new computer and would like any comments on these parts. Please don't suggest anything else cause my choice is pretty limited. Also consider that I can't find better prices (kind of weird situation, isn't it ?)

So, what would you do if you were me and had to choose between these possibilities.

- A7V133 + 256 MB SDRAM (about 150$ CAN) (overclocking possible)
- Gigabyte GA-7DXC (AMD760 chipset) + 128 MB PC2100 (about 180$ CAN) (no overclocking)

Note that overclocking is not really important for me since 1.2GHz seems quite enough for the moment and Athlon will remain on socketA until, at least, 1.5GHz. Anyway, what i want is a stable system with the best price/performance ratio. I also plan to buy an extra 256MB of PC2100 when it'll be cheaper (remember that i can't right now for some reasons that i won't explain). Any help will be greatly appreciated !

PC2100 is already cheaper. Check out http://www.crucial.com. They have PC2100 256 MB for $103.50 and 128 MB for sixty-something. Oh, and they deliver free to Canada!
