Ive got bad company heroes on my ea account but it sais i dont and i cant get my

my question is that ive got battlefield bad company 2 and bad company heroes but on my veteran stats it sais i dont have battlefield heroes and bad company 2 so i cant get the m1 grand and ive played like 50 matches on battlefield heroes ive also force refreshed like 10 times and all of this has taken me like 1 month please can you help me fix this
