Ever heard of this motherboard?

I saw an advertisement in Fry's today with a 1.2ghz Tbird and an EpoX 8KTA3+ mobo. It says it has the VIA KT133A chipset and 4 DIMM slots...the processor and the mobo all for $329 bucks. Not bad it seems.
Anyone ever heard of this motherboard, and, what is your opinion on it? Thanks.

The newer Epox boards such as yours are good,stable boards.I have one in my daughters comp. Their quality has improved greatly over the last couple years.
