Cricket 2002 is not playing on xp

i have a original game => cricket 2002 does not running in my window xp. while game has intalled nicely but when i open the game, it started and at the time of loading it quit after loading automaticaly.while my pc has duel core. 2 gb ram ,2.80 ghz. .ddr 3....adapter ram = 256mb.

u should know u can play cricket 09 with the same system..seems it is problem wih ur copy.
