Can i run these games on maxed out ?

Can i run Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell Convictions maxed out on these specs

CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 955 (OC 3.5Ghz) (Just by raising the multiplier and 0.5 voltage )
MB - Asus M3N-HT Deluxe (2011 Bios 3302)
RAM - 4X2GB (8GB) DDR 2 800Mhz (PC2-6400) (2xADATA + 2XSamsung)
GPU(1) - Inno3d 9800GTX+ (512MB) in SLI with
GPU(2) - Inno3d 9800GTX+ (512MB) (270.61 Driver) (Both in X16 PCI-E 2.0)
HDD - SSD Samsung 128GB (2008\9 Model) (Just for win and gaming few App's)
OS - Windows 7 SP1 X64 (Up-To-Date)
SPK - logitech 5.1 (3 Cables plug in to SoundMAX onboard chip)

NO Anti-analyzing just vsync (need it for the sli)

No one can really say, some other things may effect gaming performance so the only way to find out is to check. I would certainly say it is likely that machine can run them games on highest settings.

I thought so
I like this game and could not deside on the PS3 or the PC version for the best experense Mass Effect 1 had some disapointing frame drops on this Rig just figured it was the game. Unreal engine tend to work great with mid-rang PC's

OK got ME2 today and runs 60FPS solid plays very nice seems to be no frame drops like i had with ME1
