if anyones read my last post, i suppose this one is a bit late... but what do you guys recommend for tape backup? i was thinking about backup exec by veritas...

BackExec is what I use. Expensive, but worth the money if you have a DLT or some other type of tape drive.

There are other options such as ArcServe and such, but have not used them enough to know how good they are or how good they can be. I have too much invested in Backup Exec to move to anything else.

microsoft backup will do the job. Works fine for me.
