Im just wondering if i were to get 2 cable modems.. and run duel on 1 pc.. is there any sync'ing software for either linux or windows to make it sync to act as one?

can't actually answer this but be sure your cable provider will handle this or you will need 2 accounts(ip addys) most cable isp's use the modem MAC address to authorize the connection .. not sure if you can clone a cable modem MAC so they both are the same either

I don't think there is any software that allow you to do that but there are softwares that do load balancing when you have multiple connections.
