Is there a drawing pad you can use with the xbox 360

Hello,I wanted to know is there a drawing pad/pen that can be use on the xbox 360?for instance on a game like smackdown vs raw (wrestling)there are some nice designs people have done,but I refuse to believe they use the paint tool in the game

You could use one of these XFPS 360 adapters from XCM with either a mouse or a HID compliant graphics tablet:
