Nfs most wanted problems in gma 3100

I got a gma 3100 graphics chip on my PC NFS MW works very great on it but after 2nd level,the game crashes displaying an error message : NFS Most Wanted encountered a problem ,sorry for inconvinience I just want to know that latest patch can fix this problems?
Other specifications:
Cpu = 2.4 GHz Intel pentium Dual core
RAM:2GB
HDD:720 GB

I'd be more inclined to blame the fact that you run the game on crappy integrated graphics.

My friend's laptop (having GMA 3100) run it very smoothly @ mid-max setting & it also work after 2nd level. There is a problem but not with my graphics chip & also I don't want anything more than GMA 3100 for playing games released within the year 2005.If you can fix the problem then please help me and please don't recommend me ,to install latest drivers and latest version of Dx 9.0c because I had already done this.
