Gaming Headsets

Hi all,

I am looking into getting my first gaming headset. Right now, I'm using the on-board audio on my ASUS P8P67 Pro but in the future (as my budget allows) I may add in a discrete sound card (probably one of the X-Fi's). I've been looking at newegg as well as Amazon. I'd like to spend below $100 for a headset that will sound good, be comfortable, and have a noise cancelling mic. I am also looking for headsets with mics that are either retractable or detachable as a value add. So far what I have come up with are these two products:

Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Sigma for about $75: http://www.amazon.com/Creative-70GH014000002-Blaster-Tactic-Headset/dp/B0041OMWNY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1305668906&sr=1-1

steelseries 5H V2 for about $85: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826249015

Does anyone have any experiences positive or negative with either or both of these products or have any other recommendations for me?

Thanks!
