ASUS A7V

I have an ASUS A7V w/ a 1.2GHz Athlon C and I am having a major problem. I had everything put together and when I plug in the PSU (400W) I am getting the green light on the mobo, but when I try the power switch I am getting NOTHING. I tried flipping the direction of the connector from the switch to the mobo and still nothing. I tried jumping the power switch pins as well and still nothing. I am curious if anybody has any ideas or knows what to do. I think it's being grounded somewhere, but I can't see anything and I had an admin friend look at it too. Any help is much appreciated. When I first put together my A7V I had the same problem. My power switch was off by one jumper.
I didn’t catch it until I removed the mobo form the case and reinstalled everything.

I know you said you checked it but it’s the only thing I can think of right now.
