I'm using the beta. The only good thing i've found so far is its free. Its hard to find drivers for everything. There are no drivers for my NIC, therefore I can't connect to the internet. Thats a problem.

what kind of NIC card?

A netgear, but I wouldn't think any other would have drivers as well. If you really want to use win xp x64, download all your drivers now so you know you won't be missing anything. It isn't like xp where you might be able to use windows nt drivers or something. If you finish installing drivers for xp and something isn't installed yet, you aren't ever going to have it.

It's buggy.
It's slow.
It's driver deficient.
It's a work in progess that progresses slowly.
It's ONLY free for a limited time.
