How to change language of a game

my the sims 3 game is in thai i wanna make it in english plz help me how can i do that

Where did you get the game? They are normally sold in only one language specific to the region.

the games have language options during installation, if all the options you got when you installing is Thai, then sorry, that's the only language your disk has on it.

I don't know if sims has language packs you can download from their support site ( you should check this option out), but other than that you will just have to go out and buy an english version of the game.
