I can,t burn cd and dvd

Tell how you are trying to burn and which software are you using. Also make and model of burner if possible to verify it is indeed a burner.

I just found your second post, please refrain from multiposting the same issue, you have half the information in one and add a second one that tells very little.
What type of files are you trying to burn using Media Player? it's only suitable for audio cd's and mp3's.
