Should I turn on DirectX 11 on my System? World of WarCraft

I have not been on for about 3-4 months. I went through the settings and noticed that there is a new DirectX 11 option. I know my computer fully supports it. I have a ASUS N61JQ-X1 laptop with i7 1.6 Intel Quad Core (2.8 with turbo boost technology) and an ATI Mobility Radeon 5730 1 GB, 4 GB of RAM. I got Windows 7 Home Premium.

Should I turn it on or not?

Also, do I have to add any lines to the WTF.config thing? I know a few months ago, you could get DirectX 11, but you had to add lines to a config file or the short cut. Do you still have to do that? or Do you just have to check it in the option menu.

I would test this myself, but my game is still not fully downloaded. I still have like 9GB+ to patch/download. So I rather not test it now.

Yes turn it on DX11, it totally makes Crysis 2 look 1000 times better than Crysis 1.

All you need to do is check the box in the options menu to enable DX11. As far as WoW goes, DX11 does not offer any visual improvement, but it does allow the game to render much more efficiently than DX9, granting you a higher framerate. If your computer has the capability to use DX11, by all means turn it on for WoW.

You don't need to add the line anymore. It's in the advanced video options. API scroll down bar I think.
