first off, give your problem in a little more detail.
will it not recognize it in the BIOS, or have you already set it up there?
will it not Fdisk?
not format?

It doesn't see my drive right see's like 32GB I tried putting some settings the maxtor program said to put in and the bios said the right size then but it was still 32GB in fdisk. and scandisk would give me some error saying there was a problem on the last drive on the last sector

Usually erasing all partitions and creating new ones will help! I've had similar problems with HD, mine were caused by NTFS partitions.
