Is your win 7 32 bits or x64?, try with the drivers that you use on vista.

i have bluetooth running on both my 7 ultimate machines ...runs perfect both are 64 bit!azio mini dongle bluetooth!

i also have an asus bluetooth and windows 7 update showed me right to the site for the new 7 driver!
