Black dart gang

Is there really a way to drown the black dart gang. I've completed Tribunal
twice, once using a mage based character and once using a thief. I've killed
all the members of the black dart gang both times but I've still to find the
switch to flood their cave.

If you enter the sewers from the Market section of town
you might run into a women who will give you a quest to
find out what happened to her husband, Verinner. When
you eventually find him, he's a ghost right outside the
entrance to the Black Dart Gang's section of the sewers.
He won't attack you and you can talk to him. He'll ask
you to avenge him and destroy the gang, and he'll tell
you exactly where to find the switch to flood their section.
Perhaps, he doesn't appear unless you first speak with his
widow. In any case, the switch is an unlit torch inside
the entrance on the same wall that the doors are built into.
Simply walk in, turn and look at the torches; one is lit,
the other is not. Actuate the one that isn't lit and the
whole place floods. You can survive even if you don't have
the Water Breathing spell, because there will be pockets of
air along the ceiling that you can swim up to as you explore.

Note: I can't remember the exact spelling of "Verinner" ;-)

The switch your looking for is a torch ring on the wall, just inside the section
that the black dart gang headquarters is in.

Thanks, I must have missed those torches, I'll go back and have a look; I'm
wandering around Solsteim at the moment. I'd met the woman who's husband got
killed, and his ghost, but couldn't find the switch from his directions.
