Asus CUR-DLS is a good entry level server board with onboard scsi and nic. and Intel STL2 is also good.

if you dont need a server class board then you can have Asus CUV4X-D or MSI 694D based on VIA VT82694 chipset. its VIA, beware. both have a 4X AGP slot, thats the biggest advantage of this chipset over others.

Yep I run an MSI 694D-Pro board with the 686a chipset and the promise ultra 100 controller. I run lots of hardware inlcuding 2 - vx1's (video cards) a DV300 (digtital capture) and a SCSI card. Runs hard and fast. So rock solid in fact that its boring. I don't have any reason to fiddle now. I also got an Asus P2BDs bx board. The MSI has been a dream. The master s would be worth considering, unless of course the intel chipset could do something the via couldn't.
