Raid not responding

I have tried to set a raid 0 up on a K7T266 pro, It shows in the configure screen that it is setup, but when I boot to dos or windows it only shows the capacity of one drive. Both drives are maxtrox 40 gig 7200rpm. I have deleted the array and reset it up only to have the same results. I have even placed each drive to a seperate controller set as master as well as one slave and one master to a single controller. Is this as hard as im making it or am I just missing something? Any help is welcome.

I dunno bout that mobo, but on Abit kt7 you set both drives as master on each channel, set the raid set-up in the bios. Also you need to set in the bios for the system to look-up for scsi drive for boot. Hope this apply to that mobo.
