I have a sea440BX MB oem from seanix.ca.When trying to update the bios from V1.0 to V1.2, I get the error"flash ROM erasing error" right after it attemps to write the new bios.There doesn't seem to be any setting in the V1.0 bios to do with protecting the bios from being written to.I'm using flash801.exe with the seabx12d.rom right from seanix,so i'm sure it's the right files.What am I doing wrong?

What about a jumper on the MB to write protect the BIOS?
