The SiS 735 DDR SDRAM chipset.

Seems like it performs pretty damn well, better than anything out there right now, and it's a pre-release board. Real stable too, unlike Via. Funny thing I noticed. The AMD 760 board totally owns in memory bandwith tests, yet in real world performance the SiS 735 performs either the same or better. Shows that memory bandwith isn't everything I guess... It's good reading, and I think that just might be the next motherboard I buy.

The only beloved patriot in the Armor of my AMD system is the VIA KT133 chipset. While it is Rock Solid Stable (took a little while to get it there), who knows what will happen when I add/remove a PCI card?

The SIS may be a VIAble alternative (pardon the pun). I will wait for Tom's to review a number of boards, when available.
