Asus A7V133 won't even POST!!!

I'm very worried it may be over, I've tried clearing the CMOS, removing the battery, removing all the components and then trying to boot to get a POST test, NOTHING, I ordered from MSL but it has been well over 30 days so I can't return to them and I'm not real sure how Asus works, any help is greatly appreciated.

Same happened to me, out of the box.

Most likely electrical. Any extra fans in your case by chance? I had two, hooked only one up. System would not boot until I removed the extra fan from the power supply.

I got a ANTEC server case w/ 300W PS.
