BIOS HELP????

I need HELP!!!!! I have confused the BIOS in my system. When I power it on the system gives me one long beep and two short beeps and stops. Can I reset it to the default values by removing the motherboard battery and then re-connecting it?

yup unplug the motherboard battery that should reset CMOS and BIOS to default

You might want to note (for the future) that many boards have a jumper to clear this.
