Over the years abandoned cellphones turn up around the city streets
and their respective cellphone services did not need them returned !
Step by step how do you go about getting one of them unlocked if
necessary and set up your first cellphone service using one of the
abandoned cellphones?...

Nokia 3360 is a TDMA/IS-136 phone. Common carriers to use it are AT&T
Wireless and cingular. If it is from AT&T Wireless it is more than
likely SOC locked. You may likely activate it for either prepaid or
post pay service. cingular also uses this model though I've heard
that they are no longer registering any new TDMA/IS-136 models.

Same situation as the Nokia 3360.

An analog (AMPS) only handset. It's likely that no carrier will
activate this. Can be used for emergency 911 access.
