I've been having problems for a while with my graphics, it appears to be.
When playing WoW and a few other games the gameplay will crash at totally random times, not at all in relation to intense moments of gameplay.
Even with the lowest settings the problem is sporadic at best.
It seems this problem is quite known, but i have had little success in correcting it.
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50 ghz
ATI Radeon HD 5670.
All drivers are up to date for all my hardware and software.
I suspected it was overheating, initially, but speed fan reveals my temps are within normal ranges.
I run Avast, but no other non essential background applications.
Other possible causes i've heard:
-sound problems ( all drivers up to date btw )
- particle effect problems (still getting problems even with the lowest possible settings...)
Other then that i'm none the wiser. It was really bad before i had updated drivers for devices, but after they were updated i'm still getting the problem.

Did you do a speed test to make sure it wasn't a bandwidth issue? Also do you have others on your router taking bandwidth? For me the only time I would have WoW lock up would be due to throttling (yay for college connections) and losing connection or is your entire computer locking up?
