I have two printers, one a 932c, the second a 935c. I went to the HP
site, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, cleaned and calibrated, and
done all things possible, using several brand new cartridges, (would
have been cheaper to buy a new printer, I suppose), but I'm unable to
print in color in either printer.

I checked all my print settings and none say, "greyscale", or black and
white. Everything is set to color, with the default color profiles.

Is it possible that this series is defective in some way? Does the jet
go bad on teh color cartridge side? It's the only thing I can think of
that may be causing this. I've tried the printers on both USB and
Printer ports, and I've also tested them on a Mac and an XP machine.
Neither just seems to want to print in color.

I checked the HP site, and found nothing there that would help except to
order a new printer, which I just hate doing with two machines printing
so well in B&W.
