Has anybody out there had any sucess using slotket adapters with a Supermicro PIIIDRE dual slot 1 i840 mobo ?

Due to the MTH Debacle, I'm awaiting my new PIIIDRE any day now, and am considering using the ASUS S370-DL or Powerleap PL-iP3 slotket adapters to throw in a pair of FCPGA PIII 933EB's.

I've been hearing that the Supermicro slot 1 bds. don't work
with any slotkets, but haven't found anybody who has first-hand experience trying. Please advise. Thanks.

Crashman,

I have the ASUS slotkets, and was refered to the Powerleap PL-iP3's, but can find no concrete assurances that these will work with the Supermicro dual slot 1 bds.

As $500 is not something I'd spend on a gamble that 2 PIII 933EB's might work in slotkets on this mobo, you can appreciate my position.

ASUS has next to nothing on their site about the S370-DL's.
Powerleap has a 3 page compatability list, but no Supermicro bds. on it. Abit has a little info, but again nothing substantial.

Trust me I've checked as deeply as possible w/o calling each manufacturer's tech. support line.
