K7 master

Hi, I'm planning on building an amd system with MSI K7 master.
I'm also planning to use Geforce3 hercules as the video card.
Is there going to be a problem associated with this?
And also, if there are any, can you show me a better mother board for me?

The only thing I would suggest, would be a good power supply (350 to 400 watts). Both AMD processors and Geforce cards are notorious for using a lot of juice, so to be on the safe side, get a big power supply...
